I usually get 1-3 fish per worm which isn't bad given the fact they are reasonably priced. If I had to knock the slightest of a point off, it would have to be due to it's durability. I prefer the watermelon black flake and plum color but that's what works at my local lakes (central California). The curly tail provides just enough vibration it will attract fish in the murkiest of water. It's deadly in and around submerged trees, grass and rock.

I like to Texas Rig it with a bullet weigh and a 2/0 EWG hook. Holds up well and fish really like it in the warmer months.Ĭomments: This is my go-to summer time curly tail worm. Isn't bass fishing fun?Ĭomments: What a great worm. The weight will sink into the grass or muck, and the worm does a cool spiral. Rig it up on a 3/0 EWG and an unpegged 3/16 oz weight, and watch how it falls. Comments: Easily in my top five of favorite curly tailed worms.
